Douglas “Trey” Blair has spent his entire life in Knoxville, TN. He joined Emerald Youth Foundation as a JustLead Summer Youth Ministry Worker for Mount Zion Baptist Church in East Knoxville. Just a few short months later, the Lord opened a door to move Trey to be the JustLead Youth Ministry Coordinator for Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Trey’s desire to work at Emerald is to disciple the youth of today. He holds onto Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” He attends City Hills with his family. His family focuses on faith, family and football.

In his free time, Trey enjoys coaching. A fun fact about Trey is that he really loves to laugh.
