Games will be played at Sansom Sports Complex, 234 Dale Avenue, on Monday evenings.

Each school will hold practices/tryouts either at their respective school grounds or at the Sansom Sports Complex during the week.

No soccer games or practices during Spring Break/and or school being closed.

Participation Fee: $49 / Included: Team jersey

Participating Schools: Emerald Academy, Vine Middle, South-Doyle Middle, Whittle Springs Middle, and Holston Middle.

Evaluation Tryout Details: Students will need to complete evaluation tryouts to participate. Purpose: Evaluation tryouts will determine team/position placements. Our Area Sports and Recreation Directors will help plan and assist with our Volunteer Coaches with Evaluation Tryouts. The area directors will be assisting the following schools:

Victoria Griffin: Holston and Vine Middle School
Isaiah Gilmore: Whittle Springs Middle School
Mykah Sheffield: South-Doyle Middle School
Makaley Black: Emerald Academy

We expect to serve nearly 400 city children and their families through the Emerald Youth Christmas Store.

The store gives parents of children connected to our ministry the opportunity to buy gifts at a deeply discounted rate.

You can help “stock the store” for our families by purchasing the gifts on our website!

• 6:15-8:00 pm for Green team

If you are unsure of your swimmer’s team, please first come to Yellow Team practice and a coach will evaluate and place your swimmer in the correct group.

SUMMER 2024 Volleyball skills Camp

Volleyball Skills Camp. All skill levels welcome! Registration opens May 15.

Days: Tuesdays in July (July 9, 16, 23, 30)

SUMMER 2024 Volleyball Boot Camp

Volleyball Boot Camp participants improve their passing, serving, and hitting. Participants can also work with performance trainers to increase stamina, reaction time, and speed. Registration opens June 3.

🌟 Opening Night: After completing registration and paying fees. Join us on August 27th for our special Opening Night event. This will be a fantastic opportunity for players to meet their coaches and parents to attend an important meeting.

⚽ First Game: The excitement begins with our first game on September 6th.

• Ages 4-8: Practice once a week on Thursdays.

This fall season, we invite players from our community schools to represent their school pride and participate in an exciting soccer league. Here’s all you need to know to join and support the Emerald Middle School Girls Fall Soccer Season.

Registration:

Registration is now open for students attending the above schools. Students will need to complete evaluation tryouts to participate. Emerald Youth serves children and young people who live in the heart of our city such as East Knoxville, Mechanicsville, Lonsdale, Oakwood-Lincoln Park and other urban areas. These sports are intended for participants from these city neighborhoods.

Got a 1st-5th grader who loves basketball? Have them join our basketball skills camp this Spring Break and watch as they slam dunk their skills to the next level!

The Emerald Force Soccer Club is conducting soccer tryouts for girls on January 9th and 11th from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. The tryouts are taking place at the Sansom Sports Complex on Kathryn Field, located at 234 Dale Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921. Participants are classified into two age groups: 14U for those born between 2010-2011 and 16U for those born between 2007-2009.
